Four Ways for the Opposition to Broaden its Support
In an opinion editorial in The Moscow Times Vladimir Frolov, the president of LEFF Group, outlines four ways for the opposition movement to broaden its support. These include limiting presidential terms to two for life, reintroducing single-mandate districts in State Duma elections, returning direct elections to regional voters for their Federation Council representatives and overhauling campaign finance laws.
